Roman Butters career has always embraced the professional worlds of insurance and risk management. After spending 17 years focusing more of his efforts in the hospitality industry as a corporate trainer, he opted to combine his two passions into a single career. By being able do the extensive research, Roman knew he had found his niche when he began working in the insurance industry.
A graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Science, Roman brings a masterful understanding of: business personal salesmanship, financial planning, insurance, risk management and marketing to his clients and colleagues. Having the passion to help others, Roman takes pride in setting the example within the business unit by delivering product and focusing on direct marketing, agent training, strategic partnerships and client retention.
Roman believes strongly in making an impact in the lives of families and businesses by offering excellence in service for their protection and peace of mind. In order to continue to serve the specialized insurance needs of Florida, Roman is advocate of continual education and pursues avenues to better serve his clients. |
